Les caminades, per proximitat al domicili de les persones usu&agrave;ries, es realitzen al Parc Natural de Gallecs, a Mollet del Vall&egrave;s i tenen una durada d&rsquo;una hora i mitja. &Eacute;s un entorn natural i protegit de gran extensi&oacute; que connecta amb diferents poblacions de la zona del Vall&egrave;s Oriental i Occidental, que disposa de diverses rutes que porten a les diferents poblacions de la comarca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nA l&rsquo;haver diferents itineraris, es busca el consens i es decideix entre tots la ruta a realitzar aquell dia (ermita, horts, ruta caga ti&oacute;, Santa Perp&egrave;tua,&nbsp; Parets&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nM&eacute;s enll&agrave; de promoure un h&agrave;bit saludable, durant l&rsquo;activitat es fomenta la comunicaci&oacute; entre les persones, es crea un ambient relaxat, sa i agradable. Aquestes caminades permeten la relaci&oacute; amb altres persones fora de l&rsquo;entorn diari de cadasc&uacute;.
