{"id":1443,"date":"2024-03-25T12:47:20","date_gmt":"2024-03-25T11:47:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundaciolar.com\/?page_id=1443"},"modified":"2024-04-23T12:57:58","modified_gmt":"2024-04-23T10:57:58","slug":"servicio-de-soporte","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fundaciolar.com\/es\/servicio-de-soporte\/","title":{"rendered":"Servicio de soporte"},"content":{"rendered":"<div  class='flex_column av-2cx34j-2caa80fa5d4c62ee49c0b0a659eeb11b av_one_full  avia-builder-el-0  avia-builder-el-no-sibling  first flex_column_div  '     ><p>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-lu6vrkx4-335b5aea0b6e2e077a05fe7235fd4a7e\">\n#top .av-special-heading.av-lu6vrkx4-335b5aea0b6e2e077a05fe7235fd4a7e{\npadding-bottom:10px;\n}\nbody .av-special-heading.av-lu6vrkx4-335b5aea0b6e2e077a05fe7235fd4a7e .av-special-heading-tag .heading-char{\nfont-size:25px;\n}\n.av-special-heading.av-lu6vrkx4-335b5aea0b6e2e077a05fe7235fd4a7e .av-subheading{\nfont-size:15px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='av-special-heading av-lu6vrkx4-335b5aea0b6e2e077a05fe7235fd4a7e av-special-heading-h1 blockquote modern-quote  avia-builder-el-1  el_before_av_textblock  avia-builder-el-first '><h1 class='av-special-heading-tag'  itemprop=\"headline\"  >Servicio de soporte<\/h1><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div class=\"special-heading-inner-border\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-lu6vv7rd-7123a21988a859f3ec4a0dfa23a619f9 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Definici\u00f3n y objetivos<\/h2>\n<p>El Servicio de Apoyo, antiguamente llamado Servicio de Tutelas, asume y ejerce los cargos de asistencia de aquellas personas con alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad (intelectual, enfermedad mental o deterioro cognitivo) que requieren mecanismos de apoyo en el ejercicio de su capacidad jur\u00eddica.<br \/>\nEl principal objetivo del servicio es defender y proteger los derechos de las personas con discapacidad, as\u00ed como promover su bienestar y autonom\u00eda fomentando la plena inclusi\u00f3n en la comunidad.<br \/>\nEste cometido se ejerce alrededor de tres \u00e1reas que trabajan conjuntamente para ofrecer un apoyo integral a la persona:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c1rea social<\/span>: elaboraci\u00f3n del plan individual de atenci\u00f3n y ofrecer soporte en el \u00e1mbito personal y otros \u00e1mbitos que la persona necesite para promover el desarrollo integral e inclusi\u00f3n social de la persona.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c1rea econ\u00f3mica y patrimonial<\/span>: ofrecer soporte en la administraci\u00f3n de sus bienes y en la gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de sus ingresos y gastos.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c1rea jur\u00eddica<\/span>: ofrecer apoyo a la persona en el ejercicio de sus derechos y obligaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>A quien va dirigido<\/h2>\n<p>El Servicio de Apoyo presta asistencia a personas mayores de edad con discapacidad intelectual, enfermedad mental y\/o deterioro cognitivo derivado del proceso de envejecimiento.<br \/>\nEl \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n del servicio se distribuye entre las comarcas del Maresme, Vall\u00e8s Oriental, Vall\u00e8s Occidental, Barcelon\u00e8s y Osona.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00eda de acceso<\/h2>\n<p>El procedimiento de tramitaci\u00f3n para acceder al servicio se lleva a cabo de acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 2 del Decreto 188\/1994, de 28 de junio, de creaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asesoramiento y Supervisi\u00f3n de las personas jur\u00eddicas sin \u00e1nimo de lucro que tengan medidas de apoyo a las personas con discapacidad en el ejercicio de su capacidad jur\u00eddica.<br \/>\nLas v\u00edas de acceso al servicio ser\u00e1n por procedimiento judicial de jurisdicci\u00f3n voluntaria o por designaci\u00f3n notarial mediante escritura p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1443","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
